Veteran’s Story: I knew Steve Williamson. I remember him as a faithful member and a dedicated veteran. It should not be called suicide. Steve was in treatment, he knew he had to deal with being a servant to his memory. He tried as many others have who have gone this way before him. The struggle between living and dying when you have been a part of death itself. The rational and irrational, the conflict in every mans heart to do what he knows is right even when it seems not worth it. Rest easy my brother, submitted by R.H. Wiggins, President Vietnam Veterans of America Inc. Middle Georgia Chapter #443, Macon Georgia.
