Veteran’s Story: Moses Addison Jr., A pow in his mind was shot by friendly fire on 11/06/2005. Yes that friendly fire came from his own hand. He just could not see through the gray clouds,the guilt that he had of having a share in the death of men women and children.But as a solder he was brave. He would never give his secret weakness away. Yes, his strong desire to die, to take his own life as he had taken so many, yes the guilt proved to be stronger than the solder. In his mind, his death would alleviate his guilt and it would end the war. Written in memory of my love, Moses 10/1/1946-11/06/2005.
