Veteran’s Story: My Mother left behind 4 children 5-14. I was 10. My father never said a thing but a neighbor’s maid had read it in the Thai paper and she told her boss who told his daughter who told me. My father still will never admit to this happening. And I have been able to say the word mother for quite a few years without crying. My father immediatly remarried and being the only girl my life has been like a war every day to survive. Infact in my dreams at night I frequently have full on wars. I call them my intredemensional wars. Helicopters, bombers, casualties, fires and destruction. Now I go to school. I miss my mom alot. I hope if you know a person who would try to committ suicide you will believe and help them calm down and face life differently to get a new aspect on life and maybe see some solutions to their problems. I had a child a lived through her as a single mother for most of my lif and that sure does help to give your life up to others and forget about your own problems. Gotta go the computer lab is closing.
