Veteran’s Story: My cousin, nickname – Randy, was aboard ship during his stint in Viet Nam. I don’t have many details of his time in service. However, after he was discharged, he married. They moved to Colorado. There Randy would work, then quit and go to college full time. Then, he’d quit schood and go back to work. This kept up off and on for the rest of his life. We had no idea how serious his problems were. His parents were in Colorado visiting and Randy came in the house, where his parents and wife were. He thanked his parents for everything they had ever done for him, told his wife how much he loved her and went outside and shot himself in the head.
