Veteran’s Story: I met him at a meeting in Enid, Oklahoma where us drunks go to get sober. What little I know of him is he was well liked by all who knew him. He loved working with children in most areas of sport activity. On the outside he seemed real happy, but what little I got to know him I could see something was tearing him up inside but he would not share that part of himself. The last words he said to myself and a few others after a meeting were “I will do it my way” a couple days later he was arrested on Vance Air Base in Enid and in the ap shack pulled an airmans pistol from his or her holster and shot himself in his head. I know nothing of his service record, I beleive his nightmare is the one we all share. And its proof enough for me he did do it his way. If I can find more information I’ll send it in later. I sent some info earlier today about my brother in law Mike Wyman.
